How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on the shipping method you choose (either standard or express) and the size of your product order. When you make a purchase on ARTILINS.com, the shipping charge is estimated in your basket and will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends). During the holiday period, order processing may be delayed, any exceptional delays will be advised by email.

SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION:

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. This email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

DELIVERED FAILED:

UPS will attempt 3 delivery attempts to your address, if they cannot make a delivery by the 3rd attempt, the package will be returned to the sender.

SHIPMENTS TO P.O. BOXES, APO, FPO, DPO:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we currently do not ship orders to addresses with P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO. Since we cannot track packages after their arrival at APO/FPO drop-off points, we are reluctant to make shipments that may be misdirected or lost.

MISSING PACKAGE:

If you can’t find a delivered package:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Search your front door, garage door, or other delivery location for your package.
  • Check if a neighbor, family member, or roommate accepted the delivery.
  • Search for a notice of attempted delivery.

DAMAGED PACKAGE:

Be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed. Please call us at 1-415-212-9016 or email support@artilins.com.

1. Re-pack the product in its original box.

2. Contact us to get the RMA number and return address. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

3. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments.

4. When we receive your return, we will contact you to resolve the problem.

Note: please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
